Challenge: As the General Manager and Director of Operations at Compassionate Home Care, I faced the challenge of managing crisis communication effectively during COVID-19 to maintain brand reputation and visibility during this challenging situation.

 

Strategy: I developed and implemented a comprehensive crisis communication plan that included proactive messaging strategies, external relations management, and internal communication protocols. I also acted as the spokesperson for public relations, ensuring consistent and transparent communication across all channels.

Additionally, I directed a team of videographers and devised comprehensive donor relations strategies to optimize business operations.
