My approach focused on fostering meaningful interactions, building relationships, and addressing feedback promptly.

During crises or negative feedback situations (which have not been frequent), I leveraged a transparent and empathetic communication style, acknowledging concerns, addressing issues, and providing solutions publicly when appropriate and via direct messages for more sensitive matters.
